We deliver day-old chicks via temperature-controlled air freight to major airports across Australia, for free! We also deliver to a number of regional airports for an additional charge. Your chicks travel in specially designed transport boxes via Qantas, Virgin Australia or Rex freight services.

These regional airports incur an additional $40 charge per box. This charge must be selected from the online store and added to your cart for your order to be accepted. Please remember to select as many $40 charges as boxes you are ordering. The product in the online store is called the Regional Airport Charge.

- If your selection is a regional airport that incurs an additional charge, purchase the Regional Airport Charge product in a quantity equivalent to how many boxes you are ordering
- Flight and arrival details confirmed 24 hours before arrival
- Collect your chicks promptly upon arrival for their health and wellbeing
